Parc 55 San Francisco, a Hilton Hotel, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk. If you are passionate about guest service, this role is for you! The hotel is conveniently located near Powell Station and the cable car turnaround.

Position Details:

• Classification: Full Time
• Shift: AM/PM, including weekends and holidays
• Hourly Pay: $35.06

Responsibilities:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for processing guest and group billing to support outstanding guest service and financial goals. Key duties include:

1. Preparing daily receivables, posting in the system, and balancing to the general ledger.
2. Responding to inquiries related to the City Ledger.
3. Researching discrepancies, offering solutions, and negotiating resolutions promptly and courteously.
4. Reviewing final statements against sales contracts for accuracy and dispatching them timely.
5. Assisting the credit department in resolving outstanding balances and gathering necessary documentation.
