Activities Director Responsibilities include: Planning, scheduling, and implementing activities for a weekly calendar, considering resident preferences Identifying residents' special needs and creating tailored activity plans Involving residents in planning recreation objectives and goals Fostering community integration through activities and outings Building a positive community image through press relations, promotional activities, scrapbooks, and displays Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field; certification as an Activity Professional preferred Two years of activities management experience preferred Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
