Provides administrative support to the director. This support includes maintaining files, appointments, and other administrative tasks. The role also involves managing appointments, maintaining records, and performing other duties as required.
Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors or Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred. Ability to take meetings in minutes. Typing speed of 55 wpm. Advanced Word Processing and spreadsheet skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of good grammar, punctuation, proofreading, and spelling. Ability to compose letters independently. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Minimum Experience Requirement:
Three to five (3-5) years of experience in health care administration or similar office environment. Excellent customer service skills required.
Minimum License Requirement:
Assaultive Behavior Training Certification that meets AB508 and SB1299 required. New hires that have completed Assaultive Behavior training outside of Emanate Health will be required to complete Emanate Health Work Place Violence online awareness module within 30 days of hire/transfer. BLS required.
