🌿 Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (Cannabis Manufacturing Facility | Cottage Grove, MN) 🌿

Vangst, the cannabis industry’s leading recruiting platform, is excited to be hiring for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support a large-scale cannabis manufacturing center in Cottage Grove, MN. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, fast-paced environment and provide critical support to operations in one of the region’s most established cannabis facilities.

What You’ll Do

As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for the facility while also providing day-to-day administrative support. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and directing visitors, managing check-ins, and serving as the face of the facility.
• Handling phones, emails, scheduling, and general office communications.
• Supporting management and team members with filing, data entry, and document organization.
• Assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating logistics.
• Maintaining office supplies, ensuring a professional and organized workspace.
• Providing general support to cross-functional teams within the facility.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
• Previous experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus.

📍 Location: Cottage Grove, MN (onsite at the manufacturing facility)

💼 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

💲 Compensation: Up to $23/hr.
