Position Summary: Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Supports operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Key Responsibilities: Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers. Promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash transactions following established procedures. Encourage and promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale according to company procedures. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards on the sales floor and throughout the store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support store shrink reduction initiatives. Participate in safety programs to maintain a safe shopping environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate: Possesses excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Capable of multitasking and adapting to change. Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodations. Works effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience is preferred.
