JOB TITLE: Aircraft Structures Mechanic F18
LOCATION: Jacksonville, FL

PAY RATE: $32/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Maintain, repair, and modify aircraft structures and components, including flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fuel systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues using technical knowledge of airframe and powerplant systems.

• Interpret blueprints and technical manuals to perform structural repairs and modifications.

• Use specialized aircraft tools, including test equipment, torque wrenches, micrometers, and sheet metal brakes.

• Ensure compliance with technical publications and maintenance procedures.

• Lead teams on complex tasks and log maintenance records as required.

• Prioritize workload to meet project schedules.

• Overhauling and repairing F18 structures.

Requirements:

• Aircraft structures experience with F18.

• Close tolerance drilling and precision measuring skills.

• Blueprint reading and part location experience.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office.

• High school diploma or GED.

• 1+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
