Compensation Compensation: $120-130K Benefits & Extras Competitive benefits and paid time off Professional development and training opportunities Direct involvement in shaping high-visibility, mission-driven systems Collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment Opportunity to brief and influence technical leadership Work with cutting-edge technology and complex software challenges What You’ll Be Doing Setting priorities for software development teams and validating delivery outcomes Translating engineering concepts, algorithms, and designs into clear acceptance criteria Reviewing and verifying updates through testing and quality assurance processes Partnering with program leadership to manage capability and defect priorities across sprints Delivering technical briefings and demonstrations to leadership and stakeholders Tracking system performance, identifying risks, and recommending solutions Collaborating directly with developers to keep projects on track and aligned with objectives What You’ll Need to be Considered U.S. citizenship with eligibility for a Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related technical field (ABET preferred) Knowledge of middleware standards, automation tools (e.g., Ansible), and data logging/archiving practices Experience with languages such as C++ and Java, plus scripting for automation Minimum of 7 years of DoD experience Ability to interpret systems engineering artifacts and work hands-on with Agile teams Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr ITAC Solutions
