Responsible for improving cargo revenue and profitability through pricing and capacity strategies for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region What you'll do Evaluates market performance data and customer feedback to set pricing and inventory strategies Monitors market and segment performance and perform periodic internal reviews with leaders and stakeholders Identifies opportunities and execute plans to drive improvements in Cargo KPIs including revenue, profitability, service and customer satisfaction Collaborates across teams within Cargo and American, incorporating feedback to key RM decisions Develops and shares best practices for capacity, inventory and yield management practices within Cargo RM All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• + years of relevant experience
