What you'll do

  • Responsible for Customer Operations baggage policies and procedures and related baggage and MBR
    improvement initiatives
  • Responsible for Customer Operations uniform policies and procedures
  • Responsible for Exterior Security Search policies and procedures
  • Participates in working with various groups across the company
  • Supports the overall team with important policy and procedure initiatives including weight and balance
    tracking, compliance, and initiative development
  • Must be willing to travel on company business when necessary

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Ramp experience
  • Understanding of the ramp policies and procedures

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook, and SABRE
  • Ability to collaborate well with many different departments
  • Knowledge of the safety & risk management process and have the ability to complete risk assessments
