Whether its fixing a basic electrical switch, repairing appliances, installing a shower head, or patching drywall, you take pride in getting it done right. Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks in resident homes, including electrical, appliance, plumbing, drywall, painting, and related tasks to ensure quality workmanship and resident satisfaction.
• Prepare and verify units are clean and ready for move-in day.
• Provide excellent resident/customer experience and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Be on-call and available on weekends as required by scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must-haves: Excellent resident/customer experience skills; Positive attitude; Eagerness to learn; Efficiency; Sense of humor; On-call availability; Weekend availability (Tuesday - Saturday schedule); Strong customer service skills; Understanding of basic home maintenance
• Great-to-haves: Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation; Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $22 - $26 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
