Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Designer position include:- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (BArch or equivalent)- 1–4 years of architectural design experience.- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with additional experience in SketchUp, Rhino, or similar 3D modeling software preferred.- Strong graphic and visualization skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.- Participate in the design process, assist with construction documents, presentations, and digital models.- Collaborate on site surveys, consultant coordination, and construction administration support.- Research building materials, codes, and construction standards, and assist with public bidding processes.- Maintain internal project documentation and contribute actively to team meetings and project reviews.- Exhibit initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to quality design and technical excellence.Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus company performance-based annual bonus.
