Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Assembler Technician for a rapidly growing equipment manufacturing company in San Clemente, CA! This position is open due to business expansion and is a Temp-To-Hire opportunity!
We are ONLY seeking candidates who can start Full-Time IMMEDIATELY (we will NOT accept any applicants who require a 2-week notice).
Location: Fully onsite in San Clemente, CA
Job Type: Temp-To-Hire (will transition to permanent employment upon completion of hours)
Schedule: FULL-TIME (8AM - 5PM), Mon-Fri
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Assembler to join our team in San Clemente. This temp-to-hire position offers the potential for long-term employment based on performance. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble products or components according to specific instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.
Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure that all assembled products meet quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Report any defects, issues, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of materials used, completed products, and production logs.
Assist with inventory management and parts tracking.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the production team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing (preferred but not required).
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
