JOB SUMMARY: This role requires more independent assembly, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with some mentoring or Level 1 technicians.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Assemble more complex prototype components and subassemblies with minimum supervision.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, identifying root causes.
Perform advanced quality checks and tests on assembled prototypes.
Collaborate and provide feedback to engineering teams.
Assist with training Level 1 technicians.
Work independently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 2-5 years of experience in manual assembly.
High school diploma or GED required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong mechanical aptitude.
Advanced ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.
Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment.
Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
