We act safely to resolve theft situations without disrupting the client experience, respecting all individuals. We operate with transparency, celebrate openly, and foster teamwork to achieve our goals. As an Asset Protection Partner, your role is to protect the store's assets against theft. You will work with the District Asset Protection Manager (DAPM) and collaborate with store leadership to develop and execute Safety & Shrink Plans. Key Responsibilities: Maintain store Asset Protection awareness through meetings and training sessions. Demonstrate Sephora Values in your daily activities. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor. Use CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses, as directed by the DAPM. Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, investigations, and audits promptly and accurately. Follow all laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, searches, seizures, and evidence preservation. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases when required. Provide support and work across multiple store locations if assigned to a multi-store area. Qualifications/Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment. Flexible availability during peak retail hours. Strong communication skills. Ability to stand or walk on the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodations. Maintain all necessary licensing requirements as mandated by local or state laws.
