About Duke HomeCare & Hospice
Pursue your passion for caring with Duke HomeCare & Hospice, which offers hospice, home health, and infusion services across the region, as well as serves as the home forthe Duke Caregiver Support Program. Team members work closely with a patient's physician to provide comprehensive, individualized care in the comfort of their home or at our inpatient hospice facility in Durham, NC.

The ANM serves as leadership support for staff, physicians and other related providers on service- specific clinical issues. The ANM requires demonstration of leadership, clinical, and interpersonal skills and broad experience in field of home health. The ANM collaborates with the manager on clinical and non- clinical operations related to the designated service area. The ANM serves as the leader support when the manager is unavailable.

Education
BSN required.
Experience
Requires three years of appropriate clinical experience.
Must obtain a nursing leadership certification within two years of hire of appointment.
Degrees, Licensures, Certifications
Must have current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina or compact RN licensure in participating state.
BLS required or may be completed during orientation.
