Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our client's dynamic legal team in Boca Raton, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex civil litigation matters and be committed to providing high-quality legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including pre-litigation disputes, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
• Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies, identify precedents, and provide legal advice to clients.
• Prepare and argue motions, hearings, and trials, with the ability to present persuasive arguments in court.
• Develop and execute case strategies, collaborate with colleagues, and manage client relationships.
• Manage a caseload, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Must be a current member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, in the areas of Insurance Defense, Labor & Employment Law (Federal), or high end Family Law matters
• Strong knowledge of Florida rules of civil procedure, litigation processes, and court systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and provide effective legal advice.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with legal research tools, e-filing systems, and case management software is a plus.
