Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney at Kelly & Miller, LLC. The role involves participating in all aspects of the civil litigation process including conducting legal research, legal writing, drafting and filing motions, taking depositions, participating in alternative dispute resolution, interacting with clients, and negotiating settlements. While primarily based in Spring Lake, NJ, this role offers flexibility for some remote work.
