Associate Creative Director

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director who excels in a dynamic setting and thrives when tackling complex tasks head on! For this role, we're looking for someone with a design or art background.

Responsibilities

1. Design creative visual identity/look & feel for new campaigns and how it maps across the social landscape.
2. Help bring creator projects to life through narrative storytelling.
3. Work from a brief with a copywriter or other members of the creative team, generating ideas to present to clients.
4. Design and produce effective social and digital campaigns.
5. Determine how to best represent concepts visually.
6. Produce storyboards, wireframes, and layouts based on creative ideas.
7. Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and a target audience to develop an artistic approach and style to match.
8. Manage and coordinate with designers, motion graphics artists, video editors, and copywriters.
9. Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
10. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, production, and strategy, to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
11. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate the agency's creative capabilities.
12. Manage projects, on and off location, and work within a budget.
