A well-established, privately owned dental group in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist to support its continued growth. This role offers hands-on mentorship, advanced technology, and the earning potential to reach $250,000+ in your first year. Whether you are a new graduate or a seasoned clinician, this position provides the flexibility and support to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry in a modern clinical setting.
• Perform molar endodontics and surgical extractions.
• Provide high-quality patient care in a PPO and fee-for-service environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely charting.
• Collaborate with a skilled support team to ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Engage in continuing education and mentorship.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school.
• Active New Mexico dental license or eligibility to obtain.
• 1 to 2 years of clinical experience preferred; new grads and AEGD-trained dentists welcome.
• Experience with molar endo and surgical procedures is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Daily guarantee of $1,000 for the first 90 days.
• New graduate ramp-up option: $10,000 flat monthly guarantee.
• Production-based model at 30% to 35% of collections.
• Sign-on or relocation bonus between $20,000 and $30,000 based on fit and experience.
• Flexible schedule to support work-life balance.
• Advanced clinical technology: CBCT, iTero, WaveOne, soft tissue lasers.
• Mentorship and support for CE.
• 1099 independent contractor status.
• Part-time schedule considered for the right candidate.
