Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Associate Specialist, Training & Development to support our company’s learning and development initiatives. In this role, you will assist in delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, and ensuring employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed. You will work closely with members of the talent team and department leaders to create engaging learning experiences that drive performance and growth.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences for employees across different levels and departments.
  • Collaborate with K2’s internal training team, talent team, business department leaders, and team members on all training and development efforts.
  • Assist in specific training efforts, including Service Desk, other business and operations departments including support of onboarding training, service desk training, time keeping and tool training, policy training etc.
  • Monitor and assess training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and evaluations.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and recommend improvements to training programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or learning & development.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools is a plus.
Education / certifications:
  • Talent-related (i.e. SHRM) and/or training-related (i.e. instructional design, etc.) certifications (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (preferred).
