Your Role in the Driver’s Seat:

• Motivate & Lead: Energize our sales team to achieve record-breaking results.
• Drive Productivity: Set goals, track progress, and keep the momentum going.
• Master the Close: Guide customers through appraisals, financing, and sales with ease.
• Champion Customer Satisfaction: Resolve concerns and keep our CSI sky-high!
• Hands-On Leadership: Lead with your feet, not in your seat – be the heartbeat of our sales floor!

What You Bring to the Table:

• Solid experience in dealership and sales management
• Knowledge of CDK, DMS, and desking (we can train if needed!)
• Strong people skills and a passion for leadership
• Sharp attention to detail and a high-energy approach
• A strategic mindset for the used car market and BDC operations
