All Roads in Ellicott City, MD is currently seeking Experienced Automotive Technicians to join our growing Acura team in Ellicott City!

Main responsibilities include minor and major vehicle maintenance and repairs with little to no supervision on full line of Acura vehicles. We are currently looking for mid-level to experienced level technicians. Honda and Acura experience a plus! Compensation rate starting from $25-$35 FLAT RATE, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle maintenance/quality inspections
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions including electrical, engine...
• Record measurements for brake pad and tire wear
• Complete all types of vehicle flushes
• Perform in-depth repairs to an assortment of vehicles
• Mentor Express Technicians
• Maintain and organize shop and workspace
• All other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

1. High School Diploma or GED required
2. Must have excellent customer service skills
3. 2+ years of Automotive experience
4. ASE Certifications preferred
5. Acura or Honda certifications a plus!
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
