BA Healthcare Consultant – Apex Systems Join Apex Systems as a Business Analyst focused on healthcare solutions. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and support strategic goals in government and Medicaid IT projects. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between business programs and IT to deliver technical solutions. Analyze business operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and automation opportunities. Conduct stakeholder sessions to gather and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams. Facilitate communication from requirements to implementation and identify risks and issues. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and government agencies. Support buy vs. build decision‑making processes and maintain business rules in a repository. Perform other project‑related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of experience with IBM Cúram software. 1+ years of experience in government IT projects as a business analyst or similar role.

1. years of experience eliciting and documenting business rules and processes.
2. years of experience in Medicaid Eligibility or other healthcare insurance domains.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills; proficiency in English. Proven ability to gather requirements through interviews and policy analysis. Knowledge of formal business process documentation and modeling techniques. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with State and Federal government agencies.
