SUMMARY

Make deposits and withdrawals. Assist head teller with other various duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist customers in lobby and drive thru.
• Post night drop deposits.
• Assist customers with problems, in person and on the telephone.
• Issue money orders and cashier’s checks.
• Receive and forward loan payments.
• Cover as needed in branches.
• Balance drawer daily.
• Load and balance Trism daily.
• Responsible for complying with the BSA/AML policy and reporting any necessary information to your supervisor and/or the compliance department.
• Required to attend classroom or online BSA/AML training annually.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Honest and responsible.
• Professional.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience as a Bank Teller.
