SUMMARY

Make deposits and withdrawals. Assist head teller with other various duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assist customers in lobby and drive thru.
Post night drop deposits.
Assist customers with problems, in person and on the telephone.
Issue money orders and cashier’s checks.
Receive and forward loan payments.
Cover as needed in branches.
Balance drawer daily.
Load and balance Trism daily.
Responsible for complying with the BSA/AML policy and reporting any necessary information to your supervisor and/or the compliance department.
Required to attend classroom or online BSA/AML training annually.
