We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to provide consultation services to our partner school. The BCBA will support behavior technicians and special educators by offering expert guidance on behavior interventions and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with staff to ensure effective behavior strategies.
Provide guidance on behavior intervention plans.
Review data and offer recommendations for student support.
Offer in-person consultation as needed.

Availability:

90 to 120 minutes per week of remote support, with additional availability for in-person consultations as required.

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts BCBA certification.
Experience working with school-aged students with behavioral challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
