As part of our team, you will:
Connect with members who have requested information about their benefits.
Schedule and host virtual meetings to review and explain coverage options.
Present benefit programs in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
Assist families with enrollment and complete digital paperwork.
Maintain compliance and accurate records to ensure quality service.
Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow into leadership.
Agent-in-Training Learn the foundations of benefits education, client service, and professional sales.
Team Leader Mentor and guide new agents while advancing your leadership and earning potential.
