Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and equipment. Manage shop supplies and continuously improve jewelry skills and processes. Work professionally with team members, communicate issues appropriately, and foster teamwork. Knowledge and Skills Required Confidence and accuracy in work. Highly organized with good workload management. Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively. Basic English communication skills. Flexibility, strong work ethic, and diligence. Ability to sit for extended periods. Qualifications High School diploma required. 3-5 years experience working with high-end luxury jewelry preferred. Knowledge of jewelry making, repairs, and working with gold and platinum. Experience with stone setting, polishing, laser welding, rhodium plating, and laser engraving is a plus. Must be meticulous, organized, and able to multitask. Strong verbal and communication skills, with creative problem-solving abilities.
