Are you a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and experience in collections? Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service & Collections Representative , where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries while also managing outbound collection calls. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Contract Length: 1 Year

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding lease-end balances, payment options, and account status
  • Make outbound collection calls to follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate payment solutions Work closely with dealerships to mediate disputes and ensure smooth resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements Escalate high-risk accounts when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection strategies and customer experience

What You Bring:

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Experience: 2+ years in customer service, collections, or financial services
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English (French is a plus!)
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to negotiate, resolve disputes, and provide solutions in a professional manner
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Organization:
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Rejoignez notre équipe en tant que Représentant Bilingue du Service à la Clientèle et des Recouvrements , où vous serez le premier point de contact pour les clients, les aidant avec leurs demandes tout en gérant les appels de recouvrement sortants. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne qui s'épanouit dans un environnement dynamique et qui aime résoudre des problèmes.

Vos responsabilités

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone et par courriel concernant les soldes de fin de bail, les options de paiement et l’état de leur compte
  • Effectuer des appels de recouvrement sortants pour assurer le suivi des paiements en souffrance et négocier des solutions de paiement
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les concessionnaires pour régler les litiges et garantir des résolutions efficaces
  • Maintenir des dossiers précis sur les interactions avec les clients et les accords de paiement
  • Escalader les comptes à haut risque si nécessaire, en veillant à respecter les politiques de l’entreprise
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes internes pour améliorer les stratégies de recouvrement et l'expérience client

Ce que vous apportez

  • Bilinguisme : Anglais et français requis
  • Expérience : 2 ans ou plus en service à la clientèle, recouvrements ou services financiers
  • Compétences en communication : Excellente communication écrite et orale en anglais (le français est un atout)
  • Résolution de problèmes : Capacité à négocier, gérer les litiges et proposer des solutions de manière professionnelle
  • Maîtrise des outils technologiques : À l’aise avec les systèmes CRM et Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
