Billing Close Out Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Billing Close Out Specialist will be emailing individuals asking for support/back up
• Billing Close Out Specialist will then follow up if haven't heard back
• Billing Close Out Specialist will combine supporting packages into one document
• Billing Close Out Specialist will not be responsible for actual billing or invoicing, just the contract close out piece
• Senior Accountant will walk Billing Close Out Specialist through the process and train
• Billing Close Out Specialist will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested

Requirements:

• Must be clearable - As a government contractor our client is required to run criminal background check with finger printing
• Previous entry level experience or a recent college grad
• Comfortable utilizing MS Outlook - will be emailing individuals in the field
• Basic to Intermediate Excel skills - mainly data entry. (VLOOKUP's and pivot tables experience would be helpful)

• Organized
• Comfortable working with large volume of data - invoices may be 1500 lines. Able to make sure things don't slip through the cracks
• Enjoy a role with lots of emailing back and forth with their clients
