What You Will Do

• Deliver a luxury customer experience through friendly engagement and genuine interactions
• Respond efficiently to inbound calls, chats, or emails with empathy
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs
• Research accounts to resolve credit, billing, and account issues, following up as needed
• Accurately document customer interactions in systems
• Collaborate with stores and leadership on complex issues, demonstrating our unique connection with customers
• Manage customer accommodations with empowerment and integrity
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality
• Foster an environment of respect and authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities
• Perform duties as business needs evolve, including customer communication via calls, chats, or emails

Who You Are

• Able to embody Bloomingdales customer experience model
• Adaptable to changing customer needs
• Self-motivated, proactive, with strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in customer service or credit services, preferably in luxury retail
• Empathic, patient, professional, especially in stressful situations
• Resourceful, adaptable, team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Talking, sitting, reaching, lifting (up to 10 lbs.), stooping, kneeling, crouching
• Reaching above eye level, close and color vision, depth perception
• Frequent computer and technology use, including dual monitors
