The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is recruiting for aRegistered Nurse, Senior (RN) position in our Bureau of Long-Term Care (BLTC) team inBoise. The Nurse, Registered Senior position is responsible for completing initial and redetermination functional assessments for adults seeking Personal Care Services or Aged and Disabled Waiver services. Completing initial and redetermination functional assessments for children seeking Personal Care Services, Private Duty Nursing, and Katie Beckett assessments for children that require Nursing Facility level of care. This position is a full-time position, Monday through Friday and does not require work on weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts. This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training. Approval to telecommute is not guaranteed and subject to termination at any time. Completes Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review for (PASRR). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: You must possess all the minimum qualifications below to pass the exam for this position. Licensed as a Professional or Registered Nurse in Idaho as defined by Idaho Code 54-1408 or state licensure as a Registered Nurse pursuant to the Nurse Licensure Compact, Idaho Code 54-1418.
