Autism Deaf Empowerment Advocacy Foundation Inc. (ADEAF) is a non-profit organization founded in 2015 to support families of children with Autism and related disabilities. Motivated by the challenges faced in finding resources, we aim to create a network of compassionate professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care.

Our goal is to offer frequent, intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services based on current research, helping clients access their environments in new ways. We provide ongoing family support and outreach through regular training sessions, focusing on ABA principles and addressing families' priority needs. Training topics include sign language, social skills, toileting, eating, sleeping, and family outings. We also conduct quarterly one-on-one meetings with families to discuss their child’s progress and set future goals.

ADEAF is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to work with families of children on the Spectrum.


Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Job Duties:
  • Meetings with clients to observe and assess their behavior.
  • Work with families, teachers, or doctors to discuss the client's treatment and progress and recommended ways to address behavioral issues. 
  • Develop individual plans to correct, maintain, or improve behavior.
  • Training and working directly with parents. 
  • Administer the PDDBI, Vineland 3, SR2 programs, PSI-4 and SPIA.
  • Generate reports for insurance carriers. 
  • Helping clients set and meet behavior goals.
  • Keep detailed notes of client meetings and progress.
  • Work with Direct Intervention Technicians (RBTs) on methods to reinforce or reduce aggressive harmful and anti-social behaviors. 


Qualifications:

  • Must have active BCBA certificate.
  • Must be able to supervise a Direct Intervention Specialist (RBTs).
  • You must have your BLS (basic life support certification).

Compensation:

  • Pay rate starts on depending on experience!
  • Contract position can be full/part-time.
