How The Role Works

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy (gamers encouraged to apply) and has event experience as well. We operate all across the country, so travel is required, though we cover all of your travel costs (hotel, rental car, meals etc.). We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for delivering smiles all around the world. 

This is a part-time position. You will be classified as a 1099 contract worker, and can expect a non-fixed work schedule. 

As A Brand Ambassador You Will...

• Get to attend some of the coolest parties/conferences/conventions out there
• Set up virtual reality stations, and wow event attendees with VR
• Be responsible for the execution of all on-site event activities 
• Be the main point of contact for our clients on-site
• Be proactive and fully prepared for every event 
• Provide status updates for each event from start to finish

• Be an ambassador for Equation Events while at the event
• Take photos of the event setup, gameplay, and memorable moments to share with our team
• Conduct post-event review to support continuous improvement of processes and practices for future events

This role requires someone who is highly motivated, loves to make people smile, and has proven experience managing the responsibilities listed above.

This job requires you to have the ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, speak, and hear with aid, see, read, reach with arms and hands, and use a computer, telephone, and automobile (license required). This position will require frequent viewing of a computer screen, sitting and standing for long periods of time, frequent walking and air travel. It also requires lifting, carrying, or moving up to 50-100lbs with or without assistance. This may also require bending, kneeling, stooping, twisting, and other physical activity. Additionally, this role requires you to have your own car.
