Title: Campus Recruiter – Fast-Growing Global Firm

Location: San Francisco, SF (Hybrid: WFH Thursdays & Fridays)

Salary: $80,000 base + up to 5% performance-based bonus

Our client, a leading global information services firm is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join its high-energy Talent Acquisition Team in San Francisco! This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a passion for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent from premier universities. As a key player in full-cycle recruitment, you will develop and execute strategic hiring initiatives, coordinate on-campus events, and work closely with hiring managers to support the firm's high-growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for full-time and internship opportunities
• Drive campus recruitment strategies, coordinating events and partnerships with top U.S. universities
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Organize and participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events (some travel required)
• Manage applicant tracking, hiring metrics, and recruitment reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employer branding and hiring initiatives

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in corporate recruitment, campus hiring, agency search, or working with undergraduate populations (career services, admissions, etc.)
• Passionate about talent acquisition and excited to build relationships with high-potential candidates
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with excellent attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.3 GPA
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for campus events
