ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-store Activation & Product Education: Engage with customers in retail settings by demonstrating products, answering questions, and providing information on product features, benefits, and usage
• Storytelling & Brand Representation: Bring our clients’ brands to life by sharing engaging, educational stories and insights that resonate with consumers
• Consumer Engagement: Build rapport and trust with consumers, offering personalized recommendations that align with their wants/needs
• Sales Support: Persuade consumers to try products by effectively communicating their unique qualities and benefits
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other brand ambassadors and managers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and activations
• Compliance & Legal Accountability: Ensure all interactions and marketing practices align with NY state regulations and our client's compliance guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be able to work evenings on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
• Valid NYS Drivers License
• Reliable transportation required

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

• Passion for Cannabis: A genuine and energetic interest in cannabis, especially the flower
• Strong Storyteller: Ability to captivate audiences through engaging narratives that educate and entertain
• Retail Experience: Experience in retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing roles is a plus
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Customer-Focused: Enjoy interacting with people and creating positive experiences
• Professionalism & Compliance: Knowledge of cannabis laws and regulations in New York, with an emphasis on ensuring all interactions meet legal and marketing code standards
