Abel McCallister Abel is a full-service experiential marketing agency that creates, curates, fabricates and executes brand experiences to engage and inspire.

We are based in Nashville with offices in NYC, LA and London giving us local and international capabilities.

We are currently seeking a talented carpenter to join the fabrication team in Nashville, Tn.
This role requires flexibility with design and schedule changes, the desire to research new processes while delivering excellent results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize shop machinery, including table saws, band saws, sanders, routers, and joiners
- Sand and finish various materials such as metal, plastics, and wood
- Maintain excellent timekeeping and adhere to schedules
- Demonstrate strong safety and organizational skills
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience with shop machinery and tools
- Expertise in sanding and finishing of different materials
- Welding experience a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Adherence to safety protocols
- Able to keep a neat, clean, and orderly workspace
- Be willing to travel
- Desire to continue learning
