$45,000+

• Manage calendar, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary
• Manage travel arrangements
• Answer the phones as needed to help keep the entrepreneur on schedule and on point. Maintain Broker office systems, including data management and filing
• Maintain and update records for sales and personal contacts
• Screen calls, inquiries, and requests, and deal with them when appropriate
• Assist in researching and following up with action on matters that fall within the owner’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up actions, and making sure things are completed and not falling off the table
• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Organize meetings and ensure that she is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, and meeting papers
• Assist/support in arranging and executing events
• Prepare and execute marketing-related items as requested

Open to learning the businesses; however, you must come with a few prerequisites such as:

• Expert at Gmail Suite and calendar management
• Avid notetaker
• Good planning skills
• Know Excel, Powerpoint, and Canva
• Fast-paced - we move very fast and in order to excel in the role, you will need to think and move quickly
• Works well under pressure and as a team member
