Designer, manufacturer and wholesaler of custom apparel is looking for candidates to fill the role of part-time or fractional CFO to help us achieve our financial goals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, and compliance. You will also provide strategic guidance and advice to the CEO and the board of directors on financial matters, such as fundraising, valuation, acquisitions, and exit strategies. You will work closely with other senior leaders and external partners, such as investors, auditors, bankers, and lawyers. Apparel and textile experience is a plus! To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of leading the finance function in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a passion for our mission and vision, and a willingness to learn and grow with us. This is a part-time position that requires a maximum of 15 hours per week. You can work remotely, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and can attend regular meetings via video conferencing, with an occasional meeting in Long Branch, NJ.
