Develop compelling product and brand strategies that resonate with modern parents, gift-givers, and specialty retailers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, licensors, and collaborators in the baby and children’s categories. Champion core company values of safety , sustainability , and emotional connection , ensuring they are embedded across all customer touchpoints. Foster a collaborative, design-driven culture that blends creativity with operational excellence. Stay current on industry trends, consumer insights, and evolving safety regulations specific to infant and toddler products. Qualifications Senior leadership experience—ideally within the baby, toy, or children’s consumer products industry. Deep knowledge of product development cycles, safety standards, and marketing within the baby space. Proven success in scaling operations, building trusted brands, and managing wholesale and retail partnerships. A creative and strategic thinker with strong business instincts and emotional intelligence.
