Investment Management Lead investment identification, due diligence, and execution across equities, fixed income, alternatives, real estate, venture capital, and private equity. Create transparency and accountability across all cost centers, including vendor agreements and payroll. Negotiate, monitor, and review contracts with key vendors and partners. Serve as the primary interface for external service providers, including legal counsel, auditors, and public relations firms. Organizational Leadership Recruit, mentor, and lead a small, high-performing team of finance and operations professionals. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives. Maintain a culture of meticulous attention to detail, high ethical standards. Migration & In-House Integration Lead the transition of all financial operations currently managed by a multi-family office.
