Role Description We’re looking for a Go-To-Market Marketing Lead who’s a strategic operator, performance-driven, and obsessed with execution. You’ll be in charge of building and running our entire growth engine — across Meta, Google, Klaviyo, organic, and more — to make CRANEL a household name. What you’ll do Own the full-funnel growth strategy: paid, email/SMS, organic, and everything in between Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta , Google , Klaviyo , TikTok, Amazon, and more Build and lead channel testing frameworks, creative direction, and rapid-fire experiments Work closely with the founders (that’s us!) to shape offers, messaging, and positioning Dive into data — CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention — and act on it weekly Plan and execute big GTM moments (think: seasonal campaigns, product drops, press hits) Collaborate with our media buyers, freelancers, and creative team We’re looking for someone who Has 5+ years of experience in DTC/eComm growth marketing (bonus if wellness/FMCG) Has deep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads , Google Ads , and Klaviyo Gets scrappy and loves iterating quickly — you know what 'moving the needle' actually means Can work in-office or hybrid in NYC — we want to jam IRL Thrives in early-stage chaos and wants ownership, not just a job Details NYC-based Open to full-time or part-time depending on fit Comp: flexible depending on experience — can include equity or performance upside We’re not just looking for a media buyer.
