CIO Primary Location : Illinois V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a CIO for our premier client in Illinois Education and Experience " Experience in strategic, cross-functional technology planning, execution, and policy development. Experience with ERP systems digitization programs and working understanding of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities " Solid understanding of technology systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities. Technical experience with systems networking, databases, Web development, and user support. Excellent knowledge of technology environments, including systems and infrastructure relating to telecommunications, networks, programming, media, remote computing and desktops. Extensive knowledge of data processing, workflow, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced services and systems. Ability to participate at an Executive level in the creation and communication of organization's goals and objectives. Strong tactical skills and project management (classical/waterfall and agile) skills. Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems. Exceptionally self-motivated, directed and detail oriented. Knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.
