About The Role Grade Level (for internal use): 12 ThinkFolio is a multi-asset investment management platform that mitigates risk, enhances operational efficiency, and supports decision-making for Investment Managers. EDM (Enterprise Data Management) is a platform for acquiring, validating, and distributing trade, operational, risk, financial, and customer data, creating a single source of truth in a transparent, fully audited environment. Both services are used by many of the world's largest financial institutions. The Client Engagement team ensures the voice of the customer is integrated into our services. Impact & Responsibilities S&P is seeking a client-oriented individual to join the Client Engagement team, focusing on the EDM product. You will represent the customer's voice within S&P and S&P to the customer. This role is vital to our business. The team is responsible for fostering relationships, understanding client needs, increasing product adoption, and acting as a primary contact for non-commercial relationship management. Partner with clients to understand their needs and objectives. Schedule regular meetings with clear agendas, including updates on roadmaps, upgrades, and new features. Provide transparency to internal teams regarding client feedback, issues, renewal risks, and opportunities. Follow up on actions from meetings and close the feedback loop. Understand client workflows and product usage. Increase product adoption among clients. Collaborate with sales for client meetings and demos. Act as escalation point for Support, Product, or Project issues. Maintain knowledge of contract details, pricing, and terms. Qualifications Basic Required Qualifications: Degree educated with strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Comfortable conducting business analysis and working with clients. Proactive, independent, with good listening, learning, and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal skills and adaptability in communication style. Team player with a 'can do' attitude, motivated, disciplined, and able to handle shifting priorities.
