Provide technical leadership, training, process engineering, and guidance to staff. Assist with software design documentation. Requirements Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management methodology and technical system analysis, design, development, and support. Documentation skills for workflow processes based on health standards. Ability to customize, evaluate, configure, analyze, and document the VADOC EHR system and workflows. Technical training and support experience in healthcare settings. Preferred qualifications include a college degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Direct experience with system configuration is required. Healthcare or electronic healthcare technology experience is highly desirable. Skill Matrix Design, develop, configure, implement, and support VADOC EHR (5+ years). Assist with software design and diagrams; familiar with agile methodologies (5+ years).
