NEW Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Medical Technologist opening at a mid-size hospital in Upstate New York. This mid-size hospital underwent extensive renovations in 2010 making it a completely up to date! This hospital boasts state-of-art surgical department, a wound care center, a telemedicine program for intensive care, a Joint Replacement Center of Excellence, two urgent care centers and a number of primary and specialty physician offices! This hospital is looking to hire a full time permanent, second or third shift, Clinical Laboratory Technologist. The Clinical Laboratory Technologist performs, interprets and evaluates routine and complex diagnostic procedures applying the principles, theories and techniques of clinical laboratory sciences. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental philosophy and objectives, as well as, initiatives. For consideration candidates MUST HAVE a New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license and a BS in Medical Technology. Generalist experience preferred. Compensation will include a highly competitive hourly rate, comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance (if necessary). This 130-bed general medical and surgical hospital is looking to hire a full time permanent, second or third shift, Clinical Laboratory Technologist. For consideration candidates MUST HAVE a New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license. Generalist experience preferred.
