Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator to join their team. As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator

Location: Mebane, NC

Pay Range: $20-$25 an hour

What's the Job?

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC Lathe equipment to meet key performance indicators.
• Performing in-process inspections to ensure compliance with production guidelines and safety protocols.
• Creating CNC programs as required and making necessary adjustments to enhance production efficiency.
• Aiding in the selection of tooling, jaw requirements, and fixtures for optimal machine operation.
• Operating multiple production machines while utilizing manufacturing reporting systems.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in CNC Machine Composite Engineering (2+ years preferred) 
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and process plans.
• Fluency in G & M code and downstream processes for ease of manufacturing.
• Demonstrated good eye-hand coordination and agility.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
