We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead the day-to-day field operations of our commercial projects in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of successfully managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all field activities, including subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely, on-budget completion while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, construction specifications, and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and progress updates.
• Promote a positive, safe, and professional work environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with ground-up construction, tenant improvements, or retail builds preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project needs.
