Commercial Construction Superintendent – Punta Gorda, FL (Projects from Ft. Myers to Tampa)

Myers to Tampa and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise all aspects of on-site operations across multiple commercial projects from Ft. Myers to Tampa
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and materials to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with state and local building codes
• Serve as the primary on-site representative, maintaining clear communication with project managers, clients, and trades
• Review plans, RFIs, and field conditions to make proactive, informed decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, inspectors, and subcontractors

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years as a Commercial Superintendent (tenant improvements, renovations, or build-outs preferred)
• Mobility: Based in or near Punta Gorda, with willingness to travel throughout the Ft. Myers–Tampa corridor (valid driver’s license and vehicle required)
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading construction documents and schedules; experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Dropbox, and Gantt charts
• Leadership: Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Professionalism: Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to represent TI Builders with integrity and confidence
