Seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager with 10+ years of PM experience in the commercial space. We are specifically seeking someone with hands on, ground up, commercial experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with our team across various departments to drive innovation and growth.
• Manage project costs, contracts, billing, and risk to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Utilize your expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and increased profitability.
• Provide leadership and support to project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
• Oversee site safety and actively participate in promoting a culture of safety.
• Proactively seek new opportunities to promote HC Company and drive company growth.

More About the role:

- Working out of the office 5 days a week

- 8am - 5pm office hours

- 70% in the office, 30% in the field

- 80% of the company's business is in ID. However they are licensed in over 13 other states

- Doing 2-4 projects at one time depending on the size of the project; improvement or a ground up.

- NOT working with multiple PMs, work on your own assigned project.

- Work with SI and Project engineer

- Procore, MS project, Blue Beam
