For more information about our company, visit . Job Summary PART TIME, EVENT BASED, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FISERV FORUM, MILWAUKEE BUCKS, AND MARQUETTE EAGLES. $21.56/HR, UNION POSITION. Mission: To consistently win one customer at a time through teamwork and living “The Levy Difference.” Major Areas of Responsibility Service Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction Responds to guest needs and requests Adheres to location appearance guidelines Understands menu offerings, packaging, presentation, and pricing Uses suggestive and upselling techniques Ensures all products are displayed and merchandised appropriately Establish rapport with guests/members Always exceeds guest expectations Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests Controls Maintains service areas Employs good safety and sanitation practices Practices proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment Communicates guest issues to management Follows responsible alcohol service policies Accurately uses POS system Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook Team Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers Helps fellow team members when necessary Always on time and ready to perform all required duties Job Requirements 1-2 years of cashier or leadership experience preferred Possible job hazards include slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, and strains Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends, and cleans to maintain service area Walks and stands during entire shift English reading, writing, and math skills required Must be of legal age to serve alcohol Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests, and teammates in English Benefits Instapay (early access to your wages) and high interest savings via the EVEN app Associate Shopping Program Health and Wellness Program Discount Marketplace Employee Assistance Program Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
